Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 5 working days, normally before. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us about your order. As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will receive a message from DHL with information about tracking and delivery.
European orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible.

If you do not collect the package and costs are incurred as a result, you are liable for any additional costs associated with the return shipment.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days after receiving it, to return it to us.
- For returning, send an email to [email protected] to arrange the return
- We will give a full refund for the products being returned to us. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase.
- We ask that products are returned unused and unwashed and have all their tags on.
- Customer will need to pay freight cost for the return, also when exchanging a product.
- When exchanging an item, we cover freight costs sending a new product.
- We only accept returns on products which are purchased through our online store.
- Facemasks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
